Current accountants making the move to a new one harder than it should

Thanks all and apologies for the convoluted text but was annoyed at their reaction after such poor service which made me lose money. They won't have much to do at all, they won't spend more than 1h passing over my details to the new accountancy as everything is in freeagent But they've blocked...
