Holiday Pay for Contractors

What is the definitive answer? It would appear that although I operate a Ltd company subject to IR35 that as per CAB web site I am a 'worker' and entitled to 4 weeks annual paid leave. I haven't pushed this yet...........but my agency seem to indicate that my company should pay me holiday pay...
