SC Clearance and bad debts

Thanks for all your replies, have got the job now about to go through clearance. Anyone actually have an IVA and tried for clearance? Keep hearing mixed things. Have checked my credit report online and will put down as many facts as possible. A lot hinges on this for me. Again many thanks...
