Another Consulting Overseas Victim?

Status Update? Status Update? I have just discovered this forum and am in the same position as many out here. I handed over a lot of $$$ to HMRC in 2005 on the understanding that I would get a refund if the scheme was ever successfully defended. As I understand it, no case has ever been taken...
