Thanks. Letting the End User deal with it appears to be the best option. It seems that the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 gives the Consultancy the same rights as the Agency - so the Agency will have to enforce the restriction on behalf of the Consultancy. The Agency is...- hardcode
