Well, just to add another voice to this unhappy choir, I too received a letter informing me of the transfer of ownership of the *ahem* debt, but not its companion offer of settlement one. I used Sanzar back in 2010 and for less than a year or so, so not the greatest exposure but even still, not...- Greenjack
