    I did, received nothing back as yet, been about a week. Have to agree, I complained to the FCA and supplied what I could, but there are others who have compiled and supplied a LOT more documentation. Special thanks goes out to them!

    FCA has already come back to me with additional questions from my complaint this morning. Lots of additional info, but appears to be an actual response. So, I would say they are definitely taking this very seriously
