    Surely a good forensic accountant would be able to easily prove the flow of funds to a court? But i guess the "other" side would never provide the necessaries, given their shoddy "evidence" attempts thus far..... ...follow the money.....

    This was what i was thinking too, surely any costs awarded would have been to the case as a whole, not each individual creditor/claimant? What if there were 20? Or 30? 600 each wouldnt be that smart surely. So again, surely this is just a scare tactic used?

    hmm, doesnt really change too much......given that Doncaster doesnt have any record at any date.... I havent got this yet, im going to do a test....to see if i do at the exact same time as i did yesterday. Did you by any chance respond to them yesterday?

    Oh completely, i just mean that i cant afford any legal representation going forward, ill still be doing what I can, hence the email already fired off to IoM ombudsman. Looks like my day is sorted.....!!

    Im very glad this might be getting some traction, id be very interested to hear what your lawyer says on this matter. Sadly for me, i cant afford any more legal representation, ive already been taken to the cleaners for the backdated tax, so anything else im on my own
