Will complete the form on tuesday when I am back from abroad, but count me in. Time to go on the offensive at long last.
Very big thanks to Donkey Rhubarb, Santa and all the good folk at NTRT for their stirling work
I think you are being somewhat harsh in your views and comments, but you are entitled to your own opinion.
I received the letter too from Montpelier and found it somewhat ironic that here we are again discussing IR35 as the main issue and ways to resolve it. Everything changes and nothing...
Thanks for the prompt response Santa.

Shame that the ECHR wont allow the death penalty for treason...
My soundbite response would be, "what I did was legal and fully disclosed. In fact my attitude was no different to Amazon, Google, Vodafone, etc corporate tax policy to mitigate their tax liability. How much has the Exchequer lost from them? Do you propose retrospective corporate taxation of...
Thanks for the update DR, I understand the points the Minister makes in his letter but what I find chilling is Gaukes resolve, which seems even stronger than ever. He defended his approach in 2008 without batting an eyelid and sees no inconsistency. To me it sounded personal, he thinks we are...
