Then SAS/SHARE is your solution. Access is provided by the library being made available via a SAS/SHARE server allowing multiple user access (for read/writes).
Not quite understanding the issue. Are you experiencing locking that you wish to avoid or wish to implement locking (assume row-level)?
In the meantime, have a read about SAS/SHARE on support.sas.com.
Not looking forward to our first bill (had meter installed 3 months ago). Two adults and two teenagers. Each of us showers in the morning. One bath every night. Washing machine constantly on (or so it seems), dishwasher once a night.
We were paying £54/month (Southern Water). I'm guessing that...
The ClientCo has 2 sites which I'm required to split my time 50/50. The journeys are significantly different. Is this relevant to the 24 months? I'm guessing it isn't...
+1 for Co-pilot. I use it on my iPhone 4S and used it with the 3GS previously. I also bought the TomTom iPhone cradle which boosts the GPS signal and acts as a handsfree device with a speaker. Use it daily and never had a problem...
I'm in the process of starting my first SC role. I filled in the online form last Wednesday and sent all the paperwork (including passport) through to the agency. Apparently, the SC process started on Friday(22nd) and I was cleared at the end of Monday (25th). Apparently, this is unheard of (I...
Yeah baby. 7th to 4th thanks to the Italians. I expect 2nd next week when they ''do" the Scots. I've just warmed up after being at Twickers on Saturday. By Christ it was cold!!!!
Again, you're making assumptions. There had been discussion on a rate rise from me before the rate cut was dictated. I'd already achieved a 'nominal' rate increase. The 10% rate cut is non-negotiable despite discussion between myself and agent and myself and end-client.
Never said that so not sure why you're assumming this. All I've said is that I'm not accepting a 10% rate cut to my current contract. I already have two other offers of work to start 1/1/2013 so am currently mulling over which one to accept. If I didn't have a plan B or plan C, I'd still not...
Well, the email from Spring (clearly worded by Aviva) was sent to all contractors yesterday. In it, we have to respond to the 10% rate cut with a clear Yes or No by Friday. A nil response will result in contracts being terminated from 31/12/2012.
I've just discovered that Aviva will soon (i.e. within the next couple of days) be notifying all IT contractors that they will be expected to take a 10% rate cut with immediate (although I suspect it'll be from 1/1/2013) affect. If they don't accept the cut, they'll have their contract terminated.
I get 38 down and 8 up. There is a Sky Fibre Pro option that will give you the 'upto 80 down and 20 up' you can get with BT Infinity.
The updated EPG is slowly being rolled out to different boxes...mine quite old but not a Thomson so keeping an eye out for it.
