QDOS - TLC35 liability cover endorsement - makes cover worthless.
I've got something similar. Am negotiating direct with client, and they've inserted a clause saying I'd be liable for any penalties, fines etc arising in connection with any TAX, NI or other payments of a fiscal nature which that incur as a result of the engagement. The company I'm currently at is really slack when it comes to renewing my contract. I often just get notification that want to extend, and at the last renewal, I didn't get the renewal through until 2 weeks after the last one ended. I've never had any problems with getting my timesheets approved...- flippyflappy
