HMRC Enquiry letters on Loans from EBT and other schemes
Sanzar Sanzar The Revenue will have been notified by Sanzar on the forms P11D each year as to the amount of the loans, and also that the loans were "forgiven" or "discharged", so they should know the amounts to charge tax on.- fca
