Any Redress Here - Didn't Bill For a Day I worked

    Property vs pension

I'm not sure how BTL can be profitable unless your just banking on the property being worth more at the point of selling it years down the line? We rent out our first house (and have done for about the past 5 years, owned it for 10years) although I'm strongly thinking of selling it now due to...

With regards to the suggestion moving from HL to iii when you have > £40k I started making SIPP contributions 2 years . I bunged £20k in each year so have contributed £40k, I spread it across various funds, a couple were HL ones and my pot is now sat at £50k which isn't too bad I don't think...

Does flag stones no problem, you have adjustable height settings and you can engage/disengage blades at will probably takes about 20 mins, depending on length of grass the hoppers need emptying a couple of times per cut but there's 2 boxes so they're not too heavy to carry and chuck in wheelie...

Is there a "good" time to switch accountants, and who does CUK recommend?

I switched Accountants mid year after getting pissed off with the poor advice given by my local accountant that I'd been using for ~6 years. As long as you're not in the final week before your accounts are due then you'll probably be ok. I moved to Martin @Contratax who posts on here. They...
