Can my recruitment consultancy increase their cut?

Thanks for the advice all. In all truth, I think they're trying their luck. I think they're not doing that well so are scrabbling around for money. I think there would perhaps be an opportunity to go full time, which I'm debating... though again, I think the agency would try and get some...
