    JRs, JRs and more JRs

I'm curious about where we stand with the JR though. It certainly doesn't appear to stop HMRC issuing the APN, or me having to pay it... And in a short-term selfish sense, the latter fact concerns me more. And no doubt anyone else on the receiving end of an APN.

No To Retro Tax – Campaign Against Section 58 Finance Act 2008

As an aging moron I've had to learn how to tweet specifically to vent my spleen about this online. I find it astonishing how little effort the majority appear to be putting in. I'm kinda hoping that there's somethign goign on behind the scenes because at this point it would appear people are...

Like previous posters I have used these schemes since IR35 was introduced and the sheer stress of...

AM Limited COP8 HMRC Investigation Letter..

NIUK - I know the guys who used Penfolds/Cascade formed a private group and use that to operate as a supportive group. Is there any such group in place for AML users via ICS or any of the other providers? As far as I am aware there are plenty of current and historic AML users who could use a...

HMRC Enquiries for EBT Loans from Cascade London

Joining the boat Joining the boat Hi all, Got my letter today via email forwarded by an accountant I haven't used for a while. Odd. I used Cascade and Penfolds for 7 months during 2008-2009, and will be speaking to them in the morning. If I see anything different to the posts already here...

Another Cascade User Another Cascade User Hi all, I know I'm a bit late to the party but I actually got my 2008/2009 notice today, via an accountant I haven't used for 5 years! Nothing to my home address though. Curious... After the initial panic subsided I found this board and did my...
