I believe I've not been clear with my question. Do you know of a locum, or are you one that works for local government, and if so, do you know of anyone that has worked in the same job for more than three years? If so, what was their line of work and how long had they worked as a locum please?- Egg

Hello I've just found this forum, and joined up in the hope of obtaining some guidance. I've worked with a local authority for over three years in the same post. My contract is renewed every six months. TBH, I get paid a lot more than the regulars. I even get to attend meetings, training/etc...- Egg
