self-employed in EU invoicing own UK LTD company

I'm not doing it yet but I guess you mean that is legal? I'm in Spain right now and need to consider staying here over 6 months. Furthermore my UK client is my previous employer and I'm not sure if I fall under IR35 when working from abroad? Being self employed in Spain could probably resolve...

self-employed in EU invoicing own UK LTD company

Hi, I'm running my 1-person LTD company and got contracted by UK client. Is it legal to be invoicing own LTD company in UK as a self-employed in EU? If that matters the work is being done remotely (IT) and is unrelated to any country. (Can be done from wherever I want) Thanks.
