Thanks for the advice I work in the construction industry and most people who wear the yellow jackets seem to be on Contract One such chap told me his accountant charges £800 p.a. all in. Starting my first Contract in May-2015. When can I purchase business materials?
Not sure about my Tax year. I automatically thought it was 31-Mar to 1-Apr. All I did was set up a company at Rapid Formations I am not VAT registered yet. I will complete the form this weekend. I will spend the bare minimum at the moment, e.g. PI insurance I will have an accountant soon who...- dmrb

Starting my first Contract in May-2015. When can I purchase business materials?
Related to the above, my new employer is asking me to provide details of my PI Insurance. I don't have this yet, but obviously need to order ASAP (with QDOS I imagine). How should I pay for this? Personal bank account? Business bank account (which is empty at the moment)? Thanks- dmrb
