Winding up a Limited company after 6 months

Hi There, this is my first time posting I am currently really confused as to what I should do? I started contract as a Limited company in May 2008, but I've decided to leave the UK in december 2008 and not come back, I haven't paid and tax etc. yet so as I understand I can wind up the company...
