Also got that email yesterday. All too late for me I've already cancelled the direct debit and finding a new accountant. They've obviously just sent it out because of the flux of clients cancelling to try and show they are still around.- dayd08

Have CK completely gone. Can't get through then I phoned Omnia and they said they no longer own CK and they are independent again. They have failed to file P11d. Seems they have completely vanished.- dayd08

I still don't know if I'm going to send this standstill agreement back. I have 4 days until I have to reply. Current standstill agreement is active til December What was the concencous? This feels like proper coercion doesn't it.- dayd08

HMRC have pushed dates back as their council got the dates wrong. They are scrambling..maybe Surely they have to stop the interest accruing now.- dayd08

Thanks for the response. The reason why I asked is the letter from HMRC mention about double taxation and claim relief.
