Umbrella companies can setup within hours, just give him a good one and leave it at that. Give him the name of the one you used on your first contract... Or look through a few on the internet for him...- cuteadder

Bypassing Agency to make contact with a client
Normally a no go area, the client refuses to deal with you and the agency gets to find out and tell you they are not happy... be very careful - a small business may be up for the idea but bigger companies have approved suppliers list's...- cuteadder
