HMRC Enquiry letters on Loans from EBT and other schemes

I received the letter from hmrc today, asking me to pay a few thousand pounds for my loans from Penfold for 2008/9. Assuming a similar letter will come for 2009/10. Has anybody else on here also used Tract Management?

Hi all, I also received the letter today. Upon seeing it I thought I would just pay to make it go away as I'm moving abroad soon. After reading this thread I'm actually more nervous now than when I first saw the letter. I have contacted cascade and will not pay for now. Please could I also get...
