Exactly, all a bit academic anyway as my renewal has 1 week's notice period. Not worried about burning this bridge this time around as they tend to treat people quite poorly when they want to sack them. Contract has been extended which comes into effect at the end of October, and has been signed by me already as acceptance. Switching agencies - contract clause valid ?
any ideas on who can give me some legal advice on this. I did think about just calling the agency and informing them of the situation, then hoping for some goodwill, but I'm not sure they know they are no longer a preferred supplier. Thanks for the responses, found another contract I'd been sent that also mentioned end user now, so this removes any options I had in going direct. Would probably end up being more of a negative attitude anyway, so gonna leave things alone. ta C- coxsox
