In my case he filed accounts that said I owed £120! I paid the proper amount and he took the overpayment. When I spoke to HMRC in may, they led me to believe I had met my obligations and would be ok ... Did they tell you otherwise?- contractpm

I was also one of the people who paid money to HMRC and ignored the details Darren gave me .. £16K in my case .. but he went ahead and got a refund from HMRC .. He did all this while out on bail and was e-mailing me throughout, reassuring me all was ok !!! How on earth did he think he would...- contractpm
