Had a 3 stage interview with a client. Got offer last week and verbally accepted. Uploaded required docs and refs done. Then on Friday they decided to pull the contract ?. Back to the drawing board I guess?- Contractpf

The New Guideline for contractors guide -2016 question
Hi All, Forgive me if i am posting in the wrong section. I have just received the new provisions to limit travel and subsistence tax relief for contractors (set to take effect April 2016) Am I right in thinking the new laws will affect contracts that are inside IR35 only? Thanks- Contractpf

Thank you for your response. I work in a very small company. There are only two contractors my boss and myself. He's fairly relaxed. Some of the premise are on part time roles. You are right I have to think about my options if he says no- Contractpf

I did ask them today if I can get weekly pay. The answer was , if we do that it means we have to pay you from our cash flow, so the answer was no Lesson learnt though- Contractpf
