    Dividends and notional tax

    Can anyone help on this one please I have to pay dividends to shareholders, do I pay the dividend "net" of notional tax? i.e. gross dividend £6205.65 less 10% (620.56) then make a payment for £5585.09? Or should I pay the gross?
