Moving house

Possibly the most stressful thing in life!?!? I've just had a potential buyer pull out due to the fact they couldn't get a mortgage which means I've lost the house I was wanting to buy!! Arrrgghhhhh, there's my off topic rant over :)

Firstly, Hi everyone! New to this forum and looking to move in contract World! I've been offered my first contract at a decent rate, close to home and they are willing to wait while I serve my permie notice period, my question is what's the catch? Sounds too good to be true?
