Fair enough, I agree. The question here then is how are Sunday Solutions able to confidently provide this service? Is there some sort of loophole being exploited? I await a response from anyone who is actually using them and is willing to recommend them.- Chomper

Thanks for your helpful comment. My point was that if you are caught by IR35, then Sunday Solutions seem to offer a solution which means you don't pay employer's NI any more and therefore remove the 12.8% you would probably pay via an umbrella.
