Basic Salary of £5,000?
Am I right in thinking that If my salary is £10k then the rest can be taken in dividends without any further tax to pay (i.e 19% Corp Tax) providing I'm below the £38,300? (I think that it £38,300 this Tax Year?).- Cactus

Negotiating rate after role offered
What sort of % do you suggest upping it by? Anything upto 20% for starters or is that too high? 10-15% ? I've never lost a gig by trying to get a better rate, but I've never pushed really hard in the past either to pi$$ anyone off.- Cactus

Are you currently looking for a contract?
I'm not looking for a contract, but keep a close eye on what is being advertised and rates paid. I have no intension of ending this contract early so there's no point in applying for anything until at least 2-3 weeks before it's due to end. Sometimes its nice to find out exactly what the rates... -
