Deutsche - FTC with day rate?
The re-issued contract doesn't contain any changes to the original clauses, no material/obvious ones anyway. RS are not the employer, they are acting as an Agency who are representing you to clients. Changing wifes shareholding
Be interesting to see if there are any cases brought before courts to test this in the near future. When I set up my company both the wife and I were contracting and she generated more revenue than me. The salaries, pension contributions and dividends have always been 50/50. If they're on schedule this was the date for his plea regarding the additional fraud charges. If he plead guilty then next up is sentencing I guess, otherwise a trial would be expected next year. Bit close to Christmas now so I'll bug the Witness Care Officer next year if they don't contact me...- Bugbait

Recommend experienced accountant with online software
What you ask for sounds like the service Intouch Accounting provide, but it will cost you more than £50 month unfortunately. I've been with them since earlier this year and the wife (who does the bulk of the admin) is quite happy with them and their online system.- Bugbait

My understanding is that sub judice prevents publicly discussing the merits of a case since it could interfere with due process. If my interpretation is correct this would not prevent Tina discussing it privately with affected clients if she chose to.- Bugbait

You have got to be kidding? More than one person has reported that no accounts are being completed, even though money was paid in advance to Upton & Co unless you transfer to Freedom Accountancy. Duress anyone? No connection? This was going on when Tina "took over" Upton & Co before it going...- Bugbait

Can't disclose more pending further fraud charges. However, there's a clear bank verified paper trail so going to stick with "yes" on this one. I don't realistically expect to get anything back but nice to have it on a formal record somewhere for that warm fuzzy feeling on cold winter nights...- Bugbait
