    Sorry for the late response but no, that's no true. I dont know the exact details of MP but I think Steed employed the same mechanism (offshore trust partnership/double taxation treaty etc). I have certainly received the same letter from Mr B as everyone else.

    For those of you on this thread who used Steed rather than MP, I understand they are having various management meetings with their tax advisors as we speak and will be deciding the best way to respond to HMRC shortly. Wait an hope I Guess.
