Is my SoW contract valid since it has no countersignature ?
I signed my SoW contract before the start date however the agency have not countersigned it. I have requested a few times for a countersigned copy and they said i'll receive it but still nothing. Where can I receive a professional review to confirm in or out of IR35
I am been offered a new contract with a new client which is non-IR35 using a Statement of Work model. Its the first time I am going down this route and not sure what I should be looking for within the contract itself to ensure it is outside of IR35. AAT small business finance course or similar
Does anyone do their own accounts? I use FreeAgent and have an accountant however when thinking about what they do is extracting the data from FreeAgent which I populate and complete vat and Corp tax bills. Anyone had luck with purchasing and funding prepaid visa cards by using Amex? So far can't find anyway around getting Avios from these heavy bills -

Has anyone ever paid their vat or Corp tax at the post office? Did they accept Amex for the payments? What about purchasing some sort of direct debit pre paid card and topping it up with Amex... Not sure if this would work but curious to see if anyone has tried or is doing. -
