It is on a 'No win no fee' basis, what have you to lose? Where is the scam in that? They must be pretty confident to offer such a scheme, is it only for Castlemaine clients or open to everyone as I will give it a go if it costs me nothing :-)- BenDover

Umbrella reclaim - is it legit?
You can sign up for free so cannot be a scam and to my knowledge they only go back 6 years. Have a look at their website and it gives you all the information you need.- BenDover

My understanding is that you can claim back a total of up to 6 years, 13.8% Employers NI and 0.5% Apprenticeship Levy. The options to make a claim are 1. Free Registration 2. £99 Registration 3. I remember the first time I saw my wage slip and it showed the Employers NI being deducted and I questioned it but it was all too late and they said it has to be that way. It would be better to advertise roles with your take home after all deductions rather than gross.- BenDover

Lucy, I have no idea who the brolly is as I do not need one nor did they provide me with the name of them. I have registered my claim and now wait to see what will happen, no doubt it will take ages as did my PPI stuff but time is on my side...lol- BenDover
