Hi Talking Cheese, I was with Steed and then Sanzar, but have had no communication of an enquiry etc from HMRC at all. The first communication I received for those tax years was yesterday, a re-assessment of the tax I owe demanding payment by May 4th. Still trying to establish if they are out...- andytp

Sorry to butt in on here but I have now been invited to the party having not had any contact from HMRC about this issue ever. When you say "collection is currently suspended", how so ? Just yesterday I received a demand for tax due from 2006-07 and 2007-08 stating that I pay it by the 5th May ...- andytp
