Disputing Disputing My deadline to pay is tomorrow although i have no intention of paying. I have also contacted WTT who've asked me to send a copy of the letter. My question is, should i dispute today or wait until i've received WTT's advice?

same here same here I also received the letter today, and intend to challenge. Any suggestions how to draft the letter to avoid compromising oneself? I definitely don't intend to pay a non-existent loan, but know I am in for a long and possible hard fight. Maybe a standard, watertight...
