PAYE / LTD / Umbrella?

I got made redundant from my last IT job of 12 years so this is the first big step into the contracting world. I have been offered PAYE £210 p/d or Ltd £235 p/d. I am guessing I need to set up my own company for the £235 or get paid direct from them for £210? He also mentioned something about...

I am with Three. They do 15GB for £15. My friends contrct had expired and after saying he was going to cancel he now gets the 15GB for just £5 p/m
