Has anyone heard stories of Einstein running out of petrol?

You don't know too many academic types do you? I can easily imagine a scientist being so engrossed in their cogitations they run out of petrol since the mundaneness of reality is too boring to think about.

Not that I suggest for 1 moment that kandr screwed up because he was in his own head too much. Up his own backside perhaps.
