The people who caused these explosions won't win.

London has been bombed before, by the IRA and the likes and they did not win.

Sure, they have disrupted transport, but life will go on.

We won't let the b4st4rds get us down. :p
 
Unless you happen to be on a tube/train/bus and you are blown to bits. Then you might have lost. :(

I fear the English spirit of grit, dignity, resolve and a stiff upper lip that saw us through the Blitz has faded into the pages of history. Now we have a caring, sharing, histrionic charactor inspired by the colonies.

For now they have won - the entire capital is at a standstill and the G8 summit has been disrupted. On top of that we don't know if there are any more bombs, where they are and who planted them. On points I think it is 2 nil to the terrorists

Well speaking as someone living in London I'd disagree.

What have they won, nothing. What did they achieve, nothing. WHat benefits do they get from these attacks, nothing.

There is no point to these people, it wins no more support and if anything just makes the will of the people affected stronger not to be cowed by these mindless cowards.
