No, it was banned at the time and the album reissued with a different cover in some countries.

However Google Images has no problem finding dozens of sites which contain the image.

I just tested it, and my ISP appears to have banned the Wiki page.

However a Google image search with strict safe search on displays the dodgy image as the first result.
