Public sector contract inside IR35 - ask Psychocandy....

Except when taking a contract within public sector where agency requires contractor to use umbrella so they don't have to be last one in the chain for payroll/taxes.

That's true, but the poster didn't mention any of that and if Parasol knew that it was PS inside IR35, they would not try to push them down a different root.
