Still haven't seen a penny for the month I worked in November (invoiced in December for payment at the beginning of January), despite numerous 'chats'.

Agency confirms payment was made last Thursday yet despite reassurances from the 'chat', nothing has been done.

It seems like they don't know who has paid them (simple look though their bank account, by invoice reference number would be the usual way, then pay me 50% while they sort this out) yet even having providing all of this, nothing!

While that may sound simple, if Parasol sends 1 invoice to an agency for all their workers at that agency and that invoice (or multiple invoices) are paid via a single payment it's very difficult to work out who is due to receive what.

I can imagine working blind without access to the information that used to be at hand is making everything rather difficult.

Only fixes things going forward and given the kickbacks a lot of agencies will be receiving I suspect you may need to be very forceful.

In my case, it's a single invoice, from Parasol to the agency and a single remittance from the agency to Parasol (I've seen both). Couldn't be simpler.

yes - ditto for me too - each timesheet has its own individual invoice

5 STAR review given to Parasol on TrustPilot:

Hard Times. Brings Out the Best.

                Hard Times.
I was in a terrible situation not being paid like everyone else.
Many businesses would not have survived this.
The way Parasol have responded IS five star with the resource an umbrella could be expected to have.
I haven't been paid in full yet, my head is above water and progress is being made, which is due to a massive effort by the staff. My attitude has gone from outrage to respect and I will treat my umbrella as a team I am on in future, rather than a servant.
Thanks Parasol, top marks for the way you have got back up after a KO. It's not what knocks you down, it's that you came up swinging. Good to see so much fight to get the business back.

IS THIS GUY HAVING A LAUGH?

If not, no prizes for guessing who he works for

It would be nice if he came here and said that.

I’m not holding my breath however…

Given that people haven't all been paid yet you would have thought there was more important things to deal with than responding to complaints on trustpilot.
