Laptop with 16Gb and eSATA drives

Does anyone have any recommendations on the above spec?

Basically I do a lot of work from home with weekly site visits for a couple of clients. Therefore a desktop setup with separate servers is not an option, I need portability even if a bit bulky.

I need to run a VM farm with Hyper-V if possible which I thought I would store on an eSATA RAID configured external disk.

Most laptops don't seem to want you to spec over 4Gb and want you to buy a 64 bit Windows licence - I have Action Pack so I don't need this.
