    Cheap docking station for laptop

So I've bought a laptop for the wife and now want to get a cheap generic docking station so that she can connect up to a bigger monitor and keyboard when needed.

Was looking at something like this:

    https://www.amazon.co.uk/Wavlink-Uni...station+laptop

Do you guys have any recommendations, preferably sub-£100 ?

Anker do very reasonable universal docks and are reliable.

HP G6 at this link. But I'd rather get a generic docking station so that we can use it with other laptops too. After all, it's just for the wife so I don't need anything special

Anker do make good kit. Do you have a specific dock in mind?

I don't I'm afraid CM - It's been ages since I've needed one, mine has lasted over two years and I am sure there must be different models now!

I'm ordering the Wavlink above. Seems to have the features I want which is simply to plug in a laptop and use a main monitor and keyboard with it.

              At £73 it's worth a pop.

                Y'all

                An update on the Wavlink.

It works great. Plug and play.

No lag. Can have 2 monitors attached in addition to the laptop screen. Can use a wireless keyboard/mouse if you like. It's USB 3.0 enabled too.
