Distributed apps can talk to themselves.
No one has access to the App except itself.
The app can do whatever it was programmed to do on its own and outside of control.
Microsoft and others are already supporting this by investing.
Sure this all will policed but when have people not screwed things up ? At one point the code will do "delete human".
And yes the inventor does look part-machine.
