I would hate to have to know the URL for the Daily Mail so I could type it in myself.

It doesn't work like that. You are allowed to diss people who are below in the reputation standings. You are not allowed to diss those above you.

Since all intercourse between him and myself has involved a unidirectional hail of invective I have long sinced reached the conclusion that this individual is obfuscating some deep character flaws by unleashing this torrent of abuse on an innocent poster.
