Cancelled twice, according to the Trust. And because he had high blood pressure, it wasn't safe to operate on him, and he wouldn't take action to reduce his blood pressure (like stopping stressing about his arm, I guess... and stopping smoking ).
With these stories, it would be great if there was some follow up. Did he get his surgery in the end? Did he die under the knife? Did he lose his house?
