    They aren't going to pull it now. It's already legislated, they need the revenue and they don't given a feck about the contracting market.

    Doubtful the budget will include IR35 reform

    The government is focused on Covid, they will kick Ir35 into the long grass again. They can ill afford to destroy the contracting market on top of every other sector that's been decimated.
