I still believe the rules have changed marginally but yet companies have taken a lazy approach rather than assessing individually. Thus it is the companies that are failing to deal effectively with the IR35 changes which could be overcome. Disappointing. Those companies that have an individual and fair focus for outside IR35 will be able to source the cream of contractors.
