When I was on industrial placement as a university student, we had one machine which connected to the internet via dial-up.

One day, I happened to check the recent documents from the start button and saw a list of JPG files, including "slut01.jpg" which hadn't been there the night before when I left the office.

Rang the ISP to find out when the last dial-in had been and it was about 8pm the night before. Rang the burglar alarm company and checked who enabled the alarm that night.

Turned out that it was the IT placement student, who spent most of the day telling us about what a good Christian he was.

IT bloke inadvertently broadcasts smut on vast public screen ? The Register

A Chinese techie who was supposed to be fixing a big screen overlooking a public square in Jilin instead accidentally broadcast 10 minutes of a Hong Kong grumble flick over the giant LED telly.

According to the Beeb, Yuan Mou kicked back to admire Forbidden Legend: Sex and Chopsticks on his laptop, blissfully unaware it was connected to the monster display.
