You've just discovered ASDA's world food aisle haven't you.
You know, the one with rice and pasta.

Saturday night life hack for those with kids
I talked SY02 into letting me cook every Saturday night. She picks the country I prepare food from that country. Tonight we are in France. The laptop is streaming French radio stations into the kitchen and we are (ok I am at the mo but she will be soon) tucking into a bottle of chateau-neuf.
Pate and baked camembert to start.
Steak with special froggy cheese steak sauce and a large garlicky mushroom thing with French fries to follow.
All the wine is French, even the flaming butter is French.
I even bought a baguette. For us here in Luton this is the height of sophistication, so please could the better educated, the trolls, and even the better educated trolls leave me in my ignorance bubble.
Who knows where we will end up next week.
And the kids are asking about the French language, better look into some French for kids mp3's / mp4's.Tags: None
